How to process a refund with Pebl.

Pebl allows businesses to process a full or partial refund directly from their phone.

1. On the Activity screen, select the transaction you wish to refund.
2. Select ‘Refund’.
3. You can now edit the amount if you wish to do a partial refund. Leave as is if you wish to process a full refund.
4. Add a ‘Refund Reason’ if required.
5. Select ‘Refund’.

The refund will be returned to the customer’s bank account or card that was used for the original purchase in 2 business days.
