
Pebl allows businesses to process a full or partial refund directly from their phone.
- On the Activity screen, select the transaction you wish to refund.
- Select ‘Refund’.
- You can now edit the amount if you wish to do a partial refund. Leave as is if you wish to process a full refund.
- Add a ‘Refund Reason’ if required.
- Select ‘Refund’.
The refund will be returned to the customer’s bank account or card that was used for the original purchase in 2 business days.
